A cryptocurrency wallet address is a unique combination of numbers and letters between 26 and 35 characters long. It usually looks like this: 1BvBMSEYstWetqTFn5Au4m4GFg7xJaNVN2.
When you decide which cryptocurrency you want to purchase, find a reliable wallet. Every cryptocurrency has an official wallet. When you create a wallet, you automatically get an address and a private key. Keep your private key with you and don't show it to anyone, even if they ask you for it.
For security reasons, we will never ask you for your private keys, and no one should have to.
If you want to buy cryptocurrency, you need to send it to a specific crypto wallet. Each coin has its own. The recipient address is your wallet to which your cryptocurrency is transferred after the exchange.
GalaxyPay supports most wallets. If your wallet address is invalidated, it is usually for one of the following reasons:
- Make sure your wallet address matches the selected cryptocurrency.
- There is a typo or a missing character in the address you provided. Make sure that the address you specified matches the actual address of your wallet.
Just figure out which coin you want to buy and find a stable compatible wallet. As a rule, each coin has its own official wallet client.
Please note that each wallet has its own unique address or private key tag, which is required to recover your wallet if it is lost. GalaxyPay never asks for your private keys. Keep them in a safe place and never show them to anyone. If your private keys are stolen, your wallet and all your coins will be lost forever.

Expected speed is the speed at the moment. You should realize that it takes some time to send the deposit and confirm the transaction, so due to market volatility you may get a little less or more than you thought.
A cryptocurrency exchange with a classic exchange rate is an exchange carried out at the most favorable rate on the market.
The expected rate is the current exchange rate you will receive. However, the cryptocurrency market is very volatile and you should take this into account.
When exchanging at the classic rate, each exchange order may have its own unique exchange rate due to price fluctuations, market conditions and network fees. The rate may change at any time; as a result, you may receive more or less than you expected.
General questions
The crypto market is subject to a number of certain rules and regulations that make it mandatory for most crypto services to implement the AML/KYC procedure.
GalaxyPay is committed to protecting our customers from any type of fraud, and scams in the cryptocurrency world, and complies with all rules and regulations currently in place. One of the ways that allows us to do this is through the KYC / AML procedure.
This procedure confirms the absolute legality of your transaction to the regulatory authorities. In this way, you confirm that you are a law-abiding citizen and the state has no grounds to make any claims against you.
GalaxyPay's trading algorithm is integrated into major cryptocurrency exchange platforms including Binance, Kyrrex, Kuna, etc. D. Within milliseconds, GalaxyPay bids and inquires on the platforms, then selects and offers the best available rate and displays the estimated rate on our website. The rates remain approximate until the transaction is actually made on the blockchain, so the exchange rate at the time of the transaction may differ slightly from the estimated rate you see when you start the transaction.
GalaxyPay's AML/KYC procedure is supported by an automated risk prevention system. If a transaction is flagged as suspicious by this system, the exchange is suspended and then the customer concerned is asked to confirm his/her identity.
The system uses a certain set of criteria; however, these cannot be published, otherwise there will be people who will try to misuse these criteria to cheat the algorithm.
This system has proved to be very useful against money launderers and fraudsters as the KYC process allows us to distinguish an honest customer from a fraudster very quickly and without any problem.
Each KYC case is handled individually. If a particular customer is eligible for the procedure because their transaction has been flagged as suspicious, they are informed via a pop-up notification after the exchange has been sent, asking them to contact customer support.
We do everything in our power to maintain our reputation as a legitimate, law-abiding exchange service that can be safe for use by anyone, be it the average person who has little involvement with cryptocurrency, or an experienced trader or miner; therefore, GalaxyPay reserves the right to apply KYC/AML procedures to certain customers, wallet addresses and selected assets.
GalaxyPay does not support money laundering or other illegal activities. Therefore, the service does not enter into any business agreements with individuals or legal entities involved in or suspected of such activities.
In case the customer does not wish to disclose his/her identity for certain reasons and refuses to provide documentation, the KYC/AML procedure is considered unsuccessful and the deposited funds are then returned to the address (or addresses) from which the deposit was made, less network fees, within 24 hours. GalaxyPay then reserves the right to blacklist that address (or addresses), thereby making it (or them) unsuitable for making deposits on the service.
In the event that the customer sends a false set of documents, the KYC/AML procedure will be deemed unsuccessful and the deposited funds will then be returned to the address (or addresses) from which the deposit was made, less network fees, within 24 hours. GalaxyPay then reserves the right to blacklist the address(es), thereby making it (or them) unsuitable for making deposits on the service.
Please be aware that GalaxyPay reserves the right to transfer all materials received to law enforcement agencies (Interpol, Europol and others) if requested.
GalaxyPay, created by a team of experienced developers, is a fully secure service. This allows our clients to avoid identity or financial theft. We offer the best rates on the market as we use reliable cryptocurrency trading platforms.
Exchange Orders
The average time to receive cryptocurrency is about 40 minutes. In case of technical difficulties, it may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
If you have not received funds to your wallet, please contact support.
Processing speeds range from two to twenty minutes, depending on how long it takes for your funds to be credited in the blockchain system.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once funds are sent, the transaction cannot be reversed by anyone. Therefore, check all payment details carefully before sending funds to anyone, including us or anyone else.
GalaxyPay exchanges usually take between 5 and 30 minutes. If your transaction takes longer, it may be due to various problems:
- DDoS attacks. Unfortunately, such problems happen from time to time, but we are always happy to help you and solve any issues.
- Cryptocurrency updates. We may update the client and disable some coins. As soon as we re-enable them, you will receive your funds immediately.
- The blockchain is overloaded. There are too many transactions waiting to be included in the blockchain, and yours may be waiting for its turn too. Sometimes you may have to wait a little longer.
Processing speeds range from two to twenty minutes, depending on how long it takes for funds to arrive on the blockchain. Most exchanges are processed in just a few minutes. If the transaction is large (more than 1 BTC or equivalent), it may take a little longer to process, depending on the size of your transaction and the capacity of the blockchain.
For each individual exchange we create a separate crypto address for you. Therefore, in order not to lose your funds, do not send them to previously created addresses.
